This Silicone Sealant is a neutral curing silicone sealant ideal for glazing and roofline applications, along with other construction and industrial applications. Its excellent adhesion to all common substrates paired with its low dirt pick up and anti-mould ingredient, make it ideal for use with PVCu and plastics. Beyond this, it has excellent flexibility and great weatherproofing properties, making it a truly premium product.

Providing excellent adhesion to most common substrates including plastic, glass, brick and wood, this product is ideal for glazing and roofline applications with the added advantage of having low-dirt pick up and anti-mould properties.

- Perimeter pointing around uPVC, wood, aluminium and all other types of window and door frames.
- Expansion joint sealing.
- Weather sealing and joint sealing of aluminium glazing systems, curtain walling and pre-formed façade panels.
- General glazing sealing and draught proofing including repair work over existing sealant.
- Parapet and roofline weather sealing.
- Sanitary sealing.
- Glass to glass and glass to aluminium sealing.
- Sealing soft metals such as lead, brass, copper and zinc.
- Industrial sealing applications, coated metals, anodized aluminium and stainless steel.

All deliveries are subject to stock and availability.
UK Mainland
**Next Day Cut Off – subject to cleared payments and passing of payment security checks by 11am.
Orders processed after 11am using the next day service option cannot be guaranteed.
All UK Mainland orders qualify for FREE delivery* when you spend over £150 ex VAT. *Please note certain items do not qualify for free delivery.
Consignments will be delivered using DX, DPD, APC, Hermes or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.
Please note that orders placed on a Friday after 11AM for next day delivery will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Orders placed prior to a Bank Holiday will be delivered two days after the Bank Holiday.

Damages
By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns
If you need to return a product within 14 days, we are happy to refund the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.
Prior to returning any goods for any reason, please fill in the Returns Form and put it in your package that you are returning.

Is there a re-stocking fee?
Please note some orders are subject to up to a 35% restocking fee. While every effort will be made to avoid this charge in some cases it is un-avoidable.This charge represents the administrative time and overheads to reprocess the stock.
I've sent my package, how long will the refund take?
We aim to make the returns process as quick as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. If you haven't received any information after this time, please get in touch with one of our team.
