Siderise Cavity Barriers
Introducing Siderise Cavity Barriers, the result of over 45 years of expertise in developing customized fire, thermal, and acoustic insulation solutions. These innovative barriers provide continuous ventilation and drainage behind cladding while offering exceptional hot smoke and fire sealing capabilities. Comprising a non-combustible stone wool lamella core with reinforced aluminum foil on exposed surfaces, our fire barriers ensure maximum safety.
Our range includes both horizontal and vertical solutions to meet your specific needs. The Siderise 'Open State' horizontal cavity barriers, such as RH25 and RH50, are designed for drained and ventilated facades. These systems effectively drain moisture from the construction while maintaining airflow, providing reliable hot smoke and fire sealing during emergencies. RH25 is suitable for cavities up to 425mm wide, while RH50 accommodates cavities up to 300mm.
For vertical applications, our Siderise RV cavity barriers fully seal the void between the external envelope and internal structure. These barriers facilitate the proper functioning of ventilated facades by maintaining air pressurization. The unique stone wool lamella core allows the vertical barriers to accommodate movement associated with rainscreen facades, while intersections with horizontal barriers are easily abutted.
Our Siderise cavity barriers have undergone rigorous testing at Warrington-Fire and hold third-party certification under EWCL5 (Certificate ME 5101). They are available in 30, 60, 90, and 120-minute fire-rated options to ensure compliance with various applications.

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.
