Ritec Silicone Eater
Quantity: 500ml
Liquid solution that digests cured and uncured silicone as well as breaks the bond between the sealant and the surface. Also removes silicone water-proofing agents (penetrants) and butyl sealants.
Uses: Dissolves silicone sealants, both cured and uncured. For use on glass and its framework, PVC-u, metals and wood. It is also very efficient at cleaning industrial work-surfaces and equipment.

Handling Precautions:
Use in a well ventilated area. Wear protective gloves and safety glasses. Do not smoke during use. Keep away from sources of ignition.
Application:
Avoid contact with water during application, as this will stop the Silicone Eater working. Remove excess build-up of silicone using a scraper.
1) Apply Silicone Eater and agitate using a soft bristle brush
2) Agitate intermittently. The speed of removal depends largely on thickness of the sealant
3) Once clean, thoroughly rinse the area with fresh water
Storage & Shelf Life:
Store in a cool area in its original container. Keep away from sources of ignition. Keep container tightly closed. Do not store above 25ºC or in direct sunlight. Store and transport in upright position. Shelf life is approximately 2 years unopened. Once opened, use within 3 months.
Health & Safety:
Classified as Harmful if swallowed, Irritating to eyes and skin. If necessary, consult the relevant Safety Data Sheet available from Dortech Direct on request.

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.
