The unique Permaroof EPDM Façade Waterproofing System is the perfect solution to achieving a permanent waterproofing seal around penetrations in curtain walling situations, i.e. commercial offices, concrete structures etc. achieved through a combination of Permaroof FR EPDM rubber and Permaroof Ultrabond FR adhesive.
During its lifetime a building is subject to movement caused by thermal and structural stresses. These stresses and movements subject waterproofing to a range of performance demands; it needs to be strong, flexible, and resistant to a variety of environmental conditions and have a long-life expectancy. Not only that, with the ever-growing importance of improving fire safety standards, our membrane has been certified as Class B, using EN -13502 -1 test method. the highest that can be achieved with EPDM.

The Permaroof EPDM FR material can be produced in bespoke cut to size strips to suit your requirements; 100mm up to 1500 mm and standard lengths 20 meters long.

- Resistant to extreme temperatures, the system remains elastic and retains all characteristics even in the most extreme of temperatures between -40 and 150°C
- The system is weather proof, showing extreme resistance to chemical pollutants, UV radiation and atmospheric conditions, with a life expectancy exceeding 50 years
- Biologically resistant. The system is resistant to fungi, bacteria and microbiological degradation
- The system is flexible, it can withstand thermal and structural movement by up to 400% and return to it's original size and shape
- EPDM does not absorb water or moisture
- The material is completely recyclable and does not contain any plasticiser, so therefore will not shrink or crack
- The unique Permaroof® Ultrabond FR adhesive is moisture curing, resistant and flexible, making it superior to its competitors
- The system helps conform to Building regulations, contributing to an airtight seal on a building
