Appplications:
- Sealing of connection and expansion joints in facades, interior walls, between frame
and wall, etc. - Sealing joints in plumbing systems and damp areas such as showers, bathtubs,
around washbasins, between floor and wall, etc. - Sealing joints in kitchens: around sinks and cabinets, between bench and wall, etc.
Meets the requirements of the FDA code 21 §177.2600 (e) for food contact. - Top sealing of insulating glass, single glazed glass and laminated glass on wood,
aluminium and PVC. - As a natural stone sealant for sills, benches, window sills, tiles, curbstones, etc.,
made of bluestone, marble, granite... - Sealing around mirrors.
- Sealing joints around swimming pools.

UK Mainland
**Next Day Cut Off – subject to cleared payments and passing of payment security checks by 11am.

Consignments will be delivered using DX, DPD, APC, Hermes or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.

Damages
By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns
If you need to return a product within 14 days, we are happy to refund the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.
Prior to returning any goods for any reason, please fill in the Returns Form and put it in your package that you are returning.

Is there a re-stocking fee?
Please note some orders are subject to up to a 35% restocking fee. While every effort will be made to avoid this charge in some cases it is un-avoidable.This charge represents the administrative time and overheads to reprocess the stock.
I've sent my package, how long will the refund take?
We aim to make the returns process as quick as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. If you haven't received any information after this time, please get in touch with one of our team.
