KISO 380 Security Glazing Butyl Tape
KISO 380 security glazing butyl must be used on both sides off the glass, and not in conjuction with vulcanised rubber sealing strips such as KISO 141. It has high tack qualities and provides good adhesion to metal, glass and wood.

A high Security glazing sealant that impedes break ins and breaks out. Kiso 380 security glazing butyl is a rubber based, extruded butyl sealing strip with an integral adhesive scrim for glazing. besides its air and water sealing qualtiites, KISO 380 is designed to prevent the type of forced entry where the beadint system is removed from the outside.
This makes KISO 380 well suited for buildings and premises with a higher risk of bulgary, or break out from secure establishments.

UK Mainland
**Next Day Cut Off – subject to cleared payments and passing of payment security checks by 11am.
Orders processed after 11am using the next day service option cannot be guaranteed.

Consignments will be delivered using DX, DPD, APC, Hermes or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.
Please note that orders placed on a Friday after 11AM for next day delivery will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Orders placed prior to a Bank Holiday will be delivered two days after the Bank Holiday.

Damages
By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns
If you need to return a product within 14 days, we are happy to refund the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.
Prior to returning any goods for any reason, please fill in the Returns Form and put it in your package that you are returning.

Is there a re-stocking fee?
Please note some orders are subject to up to a 35% restocking fee. While every effort will be made to avoid this charge in some cases it is un-avoidable.This charge represents the administrative time and overheads to reprocess the stock.
I've sent my package, how long will the refund take?
We aim to make the returns process as quick as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. If you haven't received any information after this time, please get in touch with one of our team.
