The MT440 is a highly versatile, high strength grab adhesive based on synthetic rubber and resins.
MT440 has excellent adhesion to brick, concrete, blockwork, wood, plywood, chipboard, hardboard, plasterboard, insulation materials (except polystyrene), laminated plastics metals and ceramics.

Preparation
• All surfaces must be clean and dry and free from grease,contamination dust and other loose material. It may be necessary to prime some surfaces such as plasterboard with water and allow to dry thoroughly before using the adhesive.
• Paint should be removed where the adhesive will make contact. New concrete and plaster should be allowed su fficient time to dry.
• MT440 will become di fficult to gun at low temperatures. During winter it is advisable that the cartridges are left overnight in a warm environment so as to ensure easy application and rapid bonding.

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.
