FP302 Intustrap is a rubber based product with graphite impregnation that creates an extremely flexible pipe closure device.
The product remains dormant, until exposed to fire conditions, at which point it will expand to fill the space left by the melting combustible element. It has a release tape to one side which permits the thermal expansion of services, if required, and eases its application, allowing the product to slide freely along the pipe to its end location.

Usage/Purpose
FP302 is a tested and proven closer device to be used around combustible pipes, insulated non-combustible pipes, and conduits.
It is suited to a range of combustible elements, up to a maximum diameter of 160mm in floors, and 110mm in walls.

Consignments will be delivered using DX, DPD, APC, Hermes or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.
Please note that orders placed on a Friday after 11AM for next day delivery will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Orders placed prior to a Bank Holiday will be delivered two days after the Bank Holiday.

Damages
By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns
If you need to return a product within 14 days, we are happy to refund the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.
Prior to returning any goods for any reason, please fill in the Returns Form and put it in your package that you are returning.

Is there a re-stocking fee?
Please note some orders are subject to up to a 35% restocking fee. While every effort will be made to avoid this charge in some cases it is un-avoidable.This charge represents the administrative time and overheads to reprocess the stock.
I've sent my package, how long will the refund take?
We aim to make the returns process as quick as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. If you haven't received any information after this time, please get in touch with one of our team.
