So beautiful and so durable. You can rely on the high-quality fischer TOWEL PEG in the household. Installation is super quick and easy. It is perfectly suited for the wardrobe as a coat hook or in the bathroom as a towel rail. The TOWEL PEG can be attached without tools. This saves drilling holes in tiles and walls. In addition, the TOWEL PEG can be removed from smooth surfaces without leaving any residue after use.
- The adhesive surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dirt, grease or any other loose material.
- Remove the liner from one side of the adhesive pad and press firmly on the other side of the DESIGN HOOK (3 KG).
- Simply remove the other liner by hand. Press the DESIGN HOOK (3 KG) on to the position desired.
- Coat the DESIGN HOOK (10 KG) with mixed adhesive.
- Press the DESIGN HOOK (10 KG) firmly on for at least 10 seconds.
- The maximum adhesive strength is reached after 24 h and the hook can then be fully loaded.
- For removing the hook use pliers.
- Remove adhesive residues using a spatula.

Please note that orders placed on a Friday after 11AM for next day delivery will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Damages
By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns
If you need to return a product within 14 days, we are happy to refund the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.
Prior to returning any goods for any reason, please fill in the Returns Form and put it in your package that you are returning.

Is there a re-stocking fee?
Please note some orders are subject to up to a 35% restocking fee. While every effort will be made to avoid this charge in some cases it is un-avoidable.This charge represents the administrative time and overheads to reprocess the stock.
I've sent my package, how long will the refund take?
We aim to make the returns process as quick as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. If you haven't received any information after this time, please get in touch with one of our team.
