Fischer Injection Mortar
Size: 585ml
The Fischer injection mortar FIS EM is a high-quality epoxy resin mortar for maximum load-bearing capacity in cracked and non-cracked concrete. The system consists of reinforement steel, and can be set with variable depths which enables the system to be ideally adjusted to the load to be supported. This optimises the use of materials. The epoxy resin mortar is suitable for fixings in indoor and outdoor areas such as shear connectors for concrete layers, or heavy-duty steel constructions.

Consignments will be delivered using DX, DPD, APC, Hermes or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.
Please note that orders placed on a Friday after 11AM for next day delivery will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Orders placed prior to a Bank Holiday will be delivered two days after the Bank Holiday.

Damages
By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns
If you need to return a product within 14 days, we are happy to refund the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.
Prior to returning any goods for any reason, please fill in the Returns Form and put it in your package that you are returning.

Is there a re-stocking fee?
Please note some orders are subject to up to a 35% restocking fee. While every effort will be made to avoid this charge in some cases it is un-avoidable.This charge represents the administrative time and overheads to reprocess the stock.
I've sent my package, how long will the refund take?
We aim to make the returns process as quick as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. If you haven't received any information after this time, please get in touch with one of our team.
