Uses
Firestrip 30 is used for glazing non-insulating and insulating glass into timber fire doors and softwood or hardwood timber screens with hardwood beads using Hodgson FG2 Glazing System.
Important: The performance of Firestrip 30 is dependent on the use of suitable fire resistant glass and suitable frame design.

Tested with a wide variety of non-insulating and insulating glass types. Can be overcoated with paints and decorative wood stains.
Very cost effective compared to other rigid/semi-rigid fire resistant materials. Non-toxic.

Consignments will be delivered using DX, DPD, APC, Hermes or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.

Damages
By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns
If you need to return a product within 14 days, we are happy to refund the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.
Prior to returning any goods for any reason, please fill in the Returns Form and put it in your package that you are returning.

Is there a re-stocking fee?
Please note some orders are subject to up to a 35% restocking fee. While every effort will be made to avoid this charge in some cases it is un-avoidable.This charge represents the administrative time and overheads to reprocess the stock.
I've sent my package, how long will the refund take?
We aim to make the returns process as quick as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. If you haven't received any information after this time, please get in touch with one of our team.
