Heat Resistant Paint in an aerosol is a protective and decorative paint which is heat stable for temperatures up to 600°C.
It is suitable for use on domestic stoves, furnace chimneys, industrial ovens and exhausts.
It can be used as a single coat, or two coats on bare ferrous metal surfaces.

Aerosol
Shake can vigorously for at least 1 minute before use.
Hold can at 15-20cm from surface and spray with long even strokes.
Allow to dry between coats. Several light coats will give a better finish than one heavy coat.
The paint film will harden once the article has been heated up for the first time.
Drying time: Surface dry 15 minutes, dry to handle 1 hour.
The paint surface if air dried will become fully cured after the painted
article has been heated up for the first time.
Care must be taken with the paint film until this has occurred.
Alternatively the paint may be stoved to fully cure (Stoving; 20 minutes at 200-220°C).

Consignments will be delivered using DX, DPD, APC, Hermes or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.
Please note that orders placed on a Friday after 11AM for next day delivery will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Orders placed prior to a Bank Holiday will be delivered two days after the Bank Holiday.

Damages
By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns
If you need to return a product within 14 days, we are happy to refund the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.
Prior to returning any goods for any reason, please fill in the Returns Form and put it in your package that you are returning.

Is there a re-stocking fee?
Please note some orders are subject to up to a 35% restocking fee. While every effort will be made to avoid this charge in some cases it is un-avoidable.This charge represents the administrative time and overheads to reprocess the stock.
I've sent my package, how long will the refund take?
We aim to make the returns process as quick as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. If you haven't received any information after this time, please get in touch with one of our team.
