BM03 is an elastic 1-component hybrid adhesive based upon MS Polymers for the bonding and sealingof EPDM rubber.
Properties
• Excellent toolability and easy to work with.
• Excellent adhesion to most common EPDM systems.
• Good adhesion to many common construction materials.
• Silicone and isocyanate free.
• Can be painted (NB please see Important Information Section).
Important Information
- All adherent surfaces must be clean and free of release agents, grease, oil, dust, water, old adhesives and sealants and any other substances that could affect adhesion. Clean and remove any contaminants of the adherent surfaces. BM03 will adhere on condensed surfaces but final and long term adhesion can be compromised.
- For concrete, plaster, fibre cement, masonry, stone, and other similar substrates the use of a primer is recommended.
- Good resistance to water, dilute acids and alkalis, aliphatic solvents. Aromatic solvents, concentrated acids and chlorinated hydrocarbons can have an impact on the product.
- BM03 does not stick to PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, Neoprene and Bituminous surfaces
- BM03 can be painted but due to the large number of paints and coatings on the market we recommend compatibility and adhesion testing in advance.
- Not recommended as a glazing sealant or for aquariums/fish tanks.
- Not recommended for natural stone applications due to risk of migratory staining.
- BM03 has good UV resistance but can discolour under extreme conditions and long exposure to UV light.

UK Mainland
**Next Day Cut Off – subject to cleared payments and passing of payment security checks by 11am.
Orders processed after 11am using the next day service option cannot be guaranteed.

Consignments will be delivered using DX, DPD, APC, Hermes or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.
Please note that orders placed on a Friday after 11AM for next day delivery will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Orders placed prior to a Bank Holiday will be delivered two days after the Bank Holiday.

Damages
By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns
If you need to return a product within 14 days, we are happy to refund the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.
Prior to returning any goods for any reason, please fill in the Returns Form and put it in your package that you are returning.

Is there a re-stocking fee?
Please note some orders are subject to up to a 35% restocking fee. While every effort will be made to avoid this charge in some cases it is un-avoidable.This charge represents the administrative time and overheads to reprocess the stock.
I've sent my package, how long will the refund take?
We aim to make the returns process as quick as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. If you haven't received any information after this time, please get in touch with one of our team.
