Arbo Glass Cleaner is a low cost glass cleaner that offers an excellent alternative to lower quality products found on the high street. Even in the hands of novices, Arbo glass cleaner leaves the treated glass streak-free and crystal clear.

All UK Mainland orders qualify for FREE when you spend £75 ex vat or more*. *Please note certain items do not qualify for free delivery. 

Consignments will be delivered using DPD, Evri, and Shipley, or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.

Certain items do not qualify for free delivery - this will be automatically applied at the checkout

Large heavy items may be subject to pallet charges - you will be notified by our customer care team. 

Outside UK Mainland (Including Ireland)

Shipping Information
We are pleased to offer shipping to most locations within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska at this time.

• Eligible Shipping Areas: Continental United States only (Excludes Hawaii and Alaska)

• Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery is 10–14 working days from the date of dispatch

• Shipping Confirmation: A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is shipped

Damages

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns

If you wish to initiate a product return within 14 days, we gladly offer a refund as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Kindly complete the provided return form and include it in the package you are sending back.

Ensure that you diligently fill out all the necessary fields on the Returns Form.
