Pump-Action Vacuum Lifter with the strength of a heavy-duty stainless steel handle and a tough ABS 3-stroke Plunger Pump for extra-fast attachment to glass and other non-porous surfaces.
The Plunger uses a red-line indicator to let you know that you have sufficient vacuum to lift your load. Should the red-line appear after pumping, a built-in check valve allows you to re-pump without vacuum loss.

The large rubber pad area of over 323 square centimetres makes full face contact when the Lifter is pumped, and allows attachment to glass of varying thickness with very little risk of damage.
To release the glass lifter from the surface, simply press the vacuum release lever (which is protected by a guard during use) and the pad detaches from the surface without any residual sticking.
Four 7.9mm diameter holes in the handle are convenient locations to attach guide ropes, as well as for other utility attachments.

Consignments will be delivered using DX, DPD, APC, Hermes or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.
Please note that orders placed on a Friday after 11AM for next day delivery will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Damages
By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns
If you need to return a product within 14 days, we are happy to refund the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.
Prior to returning any goods for any reason, please fill in the Returns Form and put it in your package that you are returning.

Is there a re-stocking fee?
Please note some orders are subject to up to a 35% restocking fee. While every effort will be made to avoid this charge in some cases it is un-avoidable.This charge represents the administrative time and overheads to reprocess the stock.
I've sent my package, how long will the refund take?
We aim to make the returns process as quick as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. If you haven't received any information after this time, please get in touch with one of our team.
